Trade FAQs

We aim to make your trade purchasing as simple as possible whilst visiting our site. To purchase any of our trade products simply select your chosen product(s) and click the "Buy Now" button situated by the picture. Your product will be added to the shopping cart. When ready to complete your purchase, click the "View Basket" button at the bottom left of the shop pages. Click the Checkout button and you will be taken to the secure payment pages.

Once your order is completed you will be sent a confirmation email.

Payment
Nochex is a highly secure method to safely and conveniently send and receive payments online using your credit or debit card. We currently accept the following cards: Visa, Switch, Solo, Maestro, Visa Electron and Visa Debit (Delta). We are happy to accept phone orders, after which we will raise an invoice to your company. Payments can also be made by cheque, made payable to Famous Dave Ltd. All payments are pro-forma, unless otherwise agreed in writing by Famous Dave Ltd.

Delivery
Your products will be dispatched via courier/Royal Mail, depending on order size. Postage costs are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated. Delivery time varies between 5-10 working days, depending on order size and product.

Please note that we do not supply trade stock to private individuals, eBay sellers or eBay shop owners. By placing a trade order, it is deemed that you accept our terms and conditions and agree to sell our products at the minimum RRPs found on our website and not to resell via online auction sites. Any breaches will be taken seriously.
