"I started out using the California Beauty that hit the airwaves. I then tried the Tan Perfect because I thought I needed to see where I was applying it. Then I used the upgraded Fake Bake, but it is still very greasy and it leaves a terrible mess all over the sheets if you leave it on all night. Famous Dave's Self Tanner goes on very smoothly and does not leave any patches. I can put it on at anytime that I need a boost of color. It does not have the horrible smell that other self tanners have. Michael B"

"I bought your product and wanted you to know that it is awesome! I have tried many self tanners and even after one application, my skin is a believable shade! There is no odour while putting it on, nor is there an odour later on (as with most self tanners). All of your claims are true -- thanks for a great product...! Janet"
"I just want to be on record for stating your tanning product is awesome! I've tried tons but this one is not only an unbelievable price but works so well. I'm fair skinned and I have a nice amount of colour in one application. The best part, it looks like a real tan. Also, I've tried every face tanner imaginable and my face broke out every single time. I put your tanner on my face with a cosmetic sponge, wait until it sets, and add some translucent powder minerals over it and barely a touch of blush & follow with my normal eye and lip products! "Received my self tanner and love it! I put on my 3rd application this morning. My arms turned a nice colour after the 2nd application and my legs needed one more. My legs always need more self tanner than my arms. I love the natural colour and since I always put on self tanner with disposable gloves (the kind you put hair colour on with.), my hands never turn colour. I also have good luck with a smooth application when I use gloves. I'll be buying a couple more bottles this week so I can stock up. Thanks for a great product! Thanks, Sandy!" |
