Your order will be dispatched the same working day via Royal Mail or courier (Mon-Fri), provided your order has been placed and received before 2:00pm and full payment has been made. Postage and packaging costs are the customer's responsibility unless otherwise stated. The customer is also responsible for ensuring they input the correct delivery address - any orders that are delayed or lost due to the customer supplying an incorrect address or post code cannot be refunded or replaced. *We aim to send all items via Recorded Delivery apart from orders that only contain Self Tan Mitts or a single Travel-Size product as these items normally fit through a letterbox. These items will instead be sent via standard 1st class post.

During checkout United Kingdom customers will be able to select Courier Delivery at an additional cost. The cut-off time for same day dispatch of Courier Delivery orders is strictly 2:00pm (Mon-Fri). Any orders placed and received anytime after 2:00pm will be processed the next working day. Courier Delivery is a trackable service that is normally delivered within 24-48 hours of dispatch, and whilst every effort is made by the courier to ensure that Courier Delivery items are delivered within this timeframe, this cannot be guaranteed by Famous Dave Ltd. Courier Delivery is not made on weekends. Please note that we do not offer a guaranteed next day delivery service. Please note that whilst delivery is usually free of issues, we cannot guarantee the speed of the Royal Mail service and cannot be held liable for delivery delays caused by Royal Mail. Royal Mail 1st Class delivery normally takes 1-5 working days. Orders not delivered in line with Royal Mail terms can only be resent after 15 working days have elapsed and Royal Mail confirms the item is classed as Lost. Orders cannot be cancelled/refunded until 15 working days have elapsed and the item is classed as lost, as according to Royal Mail items are still in transit and likely to be delivered up to 15 working days after dispatch. We offer and recommend Courier Delivery (a DHL/Yodel service) to avoid any potential delivery issues. If a customer fails to collect or fails to arrange a re-delivery date for a parcel which Royal Mail or a Courier has attempted to deliver within 7 days of the original delivery attempt, the parcel will be returned to Famous Dave Ltd. Famous Dave Ltd are happy to resend the order after it has been returned to us, however because Royal Mail or the Courier have attempted delivery we are unfortunately unable to resend your parcel free of charge. The original postage and packaging charges will apply again and need to be paid in advance by the customer before a returned order can be resent.

European Shipping and International Orders
European shipping currently starts from £3.99 and normally takes between 5-14 working days to arrive - sometimes delivery can take slightly longer. International Shipping (i.e. countries outside Europe) starts from £5.99 per order and delivery times are normally from 7 working days. European/International orders cannot be resent or refunded until the parcel has been deemed as lost, and this process can take a minimum time of 4-6 weeks from dispatch. International customers must choose the European/International Airmail option during checkout. International customers may be charged import duties and/or taxes by their country's customs office. These fees are the customer's responsibility and are paid to your country's customs office upon receipt of the package.
